What it is
Your RealDialer plan is billed monthly, starting on the day you signed up. Each paid upgrade is billed on its own, monthly from the day it was turned on. For example, if your plan bills on the 3rd and you turn on Call Recording on the 17th, Call Recording bills on the 17th each month.
Where to find it
Settings > Billing > Plan and billing shows your monthly price.

Good to know
- The first month is charged when you sign up. After that, the subscription renews on the same day each month.
- When the owner changes plans, the change takes effect at once and the difference is prorated to the day on your next invoice.
- When the owner turns on a paid upgrade, the first month is charged that day. It is not added to the plan’s bill.
- When the owner turns off a paid upgrade, it stops on the next call and the unused days are credited.
- Moving RealDialer AI to RealDialer AI Pro, or between email sizes, keeps that upgrade’s billing day. The difference for the rest of the month is charged that day going up, or credited going down.
- Moving between Email Starter, Growth and Pro charges the new size that day and credits the unused days of the old one.
- If an upgrade’s payment fails, that upgrade turns off right away. Update the card and retry within 24 hours to keep its billing day. Your plan is not affected.
- Free trials of upgrades cost nothing. Nothing is charged when a free trial ends on its own.
- Calling minutes and caller IDs are included in your plan price. There is no separate minutes bill.
- If billing does not go through when you make a change, nothing is charged and nothing changes.
- Questions about a specific charge? Open a support request in the Billing and plan category and include your account code.
