How plans and per agent pricing work

RealDialer has three plans. Each one is priced per agent per month, so an account pays the plan price once for each seat it holds. Calling minutes and caller IDs are included in the price.

RealDialer has three plans. Each one is priced per agent per month, so an account pays the plan price once for each seat it holds. Calling minutes and caller IDs are included in the price.

Settings > Billing > Plan and billing > Change plan

Steps

  1. Open Plan and billing from the account menu under your name.

  2. Look at Change plan to compare the three plans and see what each would cost for your number of seats.

Good to know

  • Foundation is $89 per agent a month. Up to 3 lines, recordings kept 30 days.
  • Operator is $129 per agent a month. Up to 5 lines, recordings kept 60 days.
  • Command is $219 per agent a month. Up to 15 lines, recordings kept 90 days.
  • Every plan includes local caller IDs sized to your calling. Extra numbers are $2 a number a month, added from Billing.
  • Lines are how many numbers the dialer can ring at the same time in one call block.
  • A seat is one person who can dial on the account. A pending invite holds a seat too. Disabling a seat frees it.
  • Example: three agents on Operator pay 3 x $129, which is $387 a month.
  • Upgrades such as Call Recording, RealDialer AI, Coach access and Email marketing are added on top of any plan.
