What it is
A promotion code lowers what you pay. You enter it on the signup page before you pay, and the page shows what the code takes off before your card is charged. Some codes make the first month free.
Where to find it
On the RealDialer signup page, payment step > Have a promotion code?
Steps
- On the payment step of signup, click Have a promotion code?
- Type the code into Promotion code and press Apply.
- Check the code and the new amount the page shows.
- Finish signup. The discount is applied to your subscription.
Good to know
- A code that is wrong and a code that has run out both show That promotion code is not valid.
- There is no box to add a code after signup inside the app. If you have a code and already signed up, open a support request in the Billing and plan category and include the code and your account code.
- A discount applies to the plan price on your subscription. How long it lasts depends on the code.
- Codes are checked again when your subscription is created, so a code that runs out in between is not applied.
