What it is
Your account code identifies your RealDialer account. You give it to a coach who wants to coach you, and you include it when you write to support from an email address that is not on your login, or when you write on behalf of your team, so support finds your account right away.
Where to find it
Your name in the top right > Plan and billing. It is the first line of Plan and entitlements.
Steps
- Click your name in the top right and choose Plan and billing.
Click your name in the top right and choose Plan and billing - Copy the code next to Account code.
Your account code is the first line of Plan and entitlements - Paste it into your email or support request.
Good to know
- Requests made from the Support page inside the app are already tied to your account, so the code is optional there.
- The account code is not a password. It does not give anyone access to your account.
- A coach asks to coach you with this same code. Nothing happens until you accept their request under Settings > Coaches.
