REDX Alternatives: Replace the Leads or the Dialer

You don't have to replace both halves.

The short answer

First decide what you want to replace. If it's the leads, look at Vulcan7, Mojo or Espresso Agent. If it's the dialer, you can keep your REDX leads and pair them with RealDialer for more lines, or Mojo for a direct REDX connection. Enzo is worth a look for Follow Up Boss teams, and BatchDialer for investors.

We make RealDialer, which is one of the options here. We did our best to be fair, and we point out when another tool is the better choice. Prices come from each company's own website. Please confirm them before you buy.

Why people switch

Why agents look for a REDX alternative

REDX is really two products: seller data, and a WAVV-powered dialer that plugs into it. Lots of agents are happy with one half and not the other.

01

Three lines is the limit

REDX's multi-line dialer calls up to three numbers at a time.

02

Extras add up

A second MLS is $20, extra FSBO or pre-foreclosure counties $10 each, extra FRBO counties $20, extra users $75 to $99.

03

Lookup limits

REDX's terms cap owner lookups at 2,000 a month. Each one after that costs 12 cents.

04

Canceling takes a call or letter

Plans renew on their own. Cancel by phone or mail a business day before billing. All sales are final.

05

You want different data

Some agents want daily expireds with training, or deeper neighborhood data.

To be fair: REDX itself says you don't need to use its dialer, and it connects its leads to other dialers and CRMs. So keep whichever half works for you.

Part 1

Keep your REDX leads, change your dialer

If REDX data works in your market, there's no reason to give it up. These dialers can work with it.

01

RealDialer

More lines, rules built in
$89per agent a month, 3 lines. $129 for 5, $219 for 15.

A multi-line dialer with a CRM built in. Minutes, recording and local caller IDs are included. Call Coach is part of RealDialer AI, a $49.97 per agent add-on with a 14-day free trial.

Why switch from REDX

REDX expireds and GeoLeads can be big cold lists, which is where extra lines help most. If REDX already sends leads to Follow Up Boss, RealDialer's two-way sync pulls them in with no files. REDX Core plus Foundation is $288, $61 less than REDX Pro.

Watch out for

No direct REDX connection, so without Follow Up Boss you move leads with a CSV file. The iPhone app is in testing.

RealDialer vs REDX, side by side
02

Mojo

Direct REDX connection
$99a month for access plus single line. $149 with triple line.

A long-time real estate dialer. REDX lists Mojo as an integration, so your leads can flow in without file uploads.

Why switch from REDX

The easiest way to keep REDX data in a different dialer, with iOS and Android apps.

Watch out for

Still three lines at most. Browser calling ($30) and recording ($25) cost extra, which REDX's dialer includes.

RealDialer vs Mojo
03

Enzo

For Follow Up Boss teams
$120per seat a month, 5 lines. $235 for 14. Yearly from $99.

A browser dialer with all minutes included and a two-way Follow Up Boss sync. REDX sends leads to Follow Up Boss too.

Why switch from REDX

Lots of lines for teams that already route REDX leads through Follow Up Boss.

Watch out for

$250 setup unless yearly, no free trial and no voicemail drop. Enzo says it doesn't scrub DNC registries, so you'd rely on REDX's flags.

04

BatchDialer

Predictive for investors
$119per agent a month, 3 lines. Pro $189, Enterprise $249. Yearly from $95.

A PropStream-owned dialer with 3 to 5 lines and a federal DNC and litigator scrub.

Why switch from REDX

Predictive dialing and long recording storage for high-volume callers.

Watch out for

Aimed mostly at investors. Local presence and AI start on Pro, and there's no mobile app or texting.

05

PhoneBurner

One line, polished
$165per user a month, up to $215. Yearly $140 to $183.

A general sales dialer that calls one person at a time, rated 4.7 out of 5 from 292 reviews on G2.

Why switch from REDX

A careful, one-at-a-time calling style with lots of integrations.

Watch out for

Single line only, a step down from REDX's three. DNC scrubbing is a separate subscription.

Part 2

Change your leads

If the data is the problem, these companies sell seller leads with a dialer included.

06

Vulcan7

Daily expireds plus training
QuoteNo posted prices. Longer terms save up to 20%.

Daily expireds plus three months of past expireds, a CRM, a power dialer and training on every plan. Higher plans add FSBO, FRBO and neighborhood leads.

Why switch from REDX

Leads and coaching in one package, with live Take52 Listings sessions twice a week.

Watch out for

You need a quote. The dialer makes one call at a time, and pre-foreclosure doesn't cover judicial foreclosure states.

RealDialer vs Vulcan7
07

Mojo

Data piece by piece
$25+per data type a month, plus $10 access and a dialer from $89.

Expireds ($50), FSBOs ($25), FRBOs ($25), pre-foreclosures ($49), neighborhood search ($49) and skip tracing ($49), shared by everyone on the account.

Why switch from REDX

Some lead types cost less than REDX's $60 each.

Watch out for

Add the dialer, access license and extras on top, and compare the full setup.

08

Espresso Agent

Neighborhood data first
$199a month for Basic, up to $399 for Platinum.

Every plan includes neighborhood search data, a single line dialer and a CRM. Pro ($279) adds expireds, FSBOs and FRBOs.

Why switch from REDX

Posted prices and neighborhood data on every plan.

Watch out for

Single line only, no texting and no pre-recorded voicemail. Most of its G2 reviews are from 2020 and 2021.

Decide in a minute

How to choose

Match the tool to the half of REDX you want to change.

01

You like REDX data, want more conversations

Pair it with RealDialer for more lines, or Mojo if you want the direct connection.

02

You want daily expireds and training

Get a Vulcan7 quote.

03

You mostly farm neighborhoods

Look at Espresso Agent or Mojo's neighborhood search.

04

Your team runs on Follow Up Boss

Keep REDX sending leads to Follow Up Boss, then dial them in RealDialer or Enzo, which both sync with it.

Whatever you choose, test it on a real list for a week and count conversations, not dials.

REDX's terms say you cancel by calling support or mailing a written request. It has to arrive at least one business day before your next billing date.
How we checked

Sources and method
