Reset your password

What it is

If you forget your password, RealDialer emails you a link to set a new one. The same steps work if you just want to change your password, because there is no separate change password screen inside the app.

Sign in screen > Forgot your password?

Steps

1. Go to app.realdialer.com. If you are signed in, sign out first from your name in the top right.
2. Under the sign in form, click Forgot your password?
   

   

3. Enter the email you sign in with and press Send the link.
   

   

4. Open the email from RealDialer and click the link.
5. Type your new password in New password and again in Once more.
6. Press Save and sign in, then press Go to sign in and sign in with the new password.

Good to know

• The password must be at least 12 characters.
• The reset link works once and expires after one hour. If it has expired, request a new one.
• For your security, the screen always says a link is on its way, even if that email has no RealDialer login. If nothing arrives, check spam, then check you used the email on your login.
• Changing your password signs you out on every device, including the mobile app. Sign in again everywhere with the new password.
• If you still cannot get in, email support@realdialer.com from the address on your login.
