What it is
A new account opens on a Start calling screen instead of the dashboard. It lists the three things that stand between you and your first call, and checks each one off by itself once it is really done.
Where to find it
Overview (the first item in the left menu), while your account is new.
Steps
- Bring your leads in. Press Import leads to upload a CSV or pull a neighborhood.
- Set up the numbers you call from. Press Set up numbers. Your line count can never be wider than the caller IDs you have.
- Build your first campaign. Press Create a campaign and pick who is in it.
- When all three are done, the screen says You are ready to dial. Press Open the dialer.
Good to know
- Below the three steps, Worth doing next lists optional setup: record a voicemail drop, check how your numbers are labeled, write scripts, decide where callbacks ring, and book an onboarding call. None of these block a call.
- The checklist steps aside by itself after your first real call finishes. Test calls do not count.
- Done this before? Press Close setup and use the dashboard at the bottom to skip it any time.
- If any step is still open when you close it, RealDialer first asks you to confirm that you are responsible for your own calling compliance. Tick the box and press Close checklist, or press Keep my checklist to go back. Each confirmation is kept on your account.
- You can bring a closed checklist back from the Support page with Reopen setup.
- Book a call opens the Support page, where you can send a request for an onboarding call.
