What it is

Numbers on your own do not call list, and numbers that skip trace data marks as registry listed, stay on your lists, but RealDialer will not dial them. You can see how many there are and who they are.

Where to find it

Lists > the Do not call tile, or the DNC button above the contacts table. Your own list is in Settings > Do not call.

Steps

  1. Open Lists and pick the lists you want to check.
  2. Read the Do not call tile for the count on those lists.
  3. Click DNC above the table to see exactly who they are.
  4. To add or review numbers on your own list, open Settings > Do not call.

Good to know

  • When you import a CSV, the last step tells you how many numbers were protected because they are on your do not call list.
  • Once your registry subscription is connected under Settings > Do not call, RealDialer scrubs new numbers against it on its own, within a minute or two of an import. The National Do Not Call tab shows, per list, how many numbers are on the registry, how many are in area codes your subscription does not cover, and how many are waiting on fresh data. Until it is connected, scrub the list before you call. A whole list can no longer be exempted; to call one registry listed person you have a relationship with or written permission from, use I have permission to call this person on their contact record.
  • Lists you upload under Uploaded lists, such as a brokerage do not call list or a state list, block their numbers for everyone on your account.
  • Importing never removes a do not call flag. It stays on the contact.
  • Calling hour checks apply when a session starts, whatever list the contact is on.
  • Contacts who asked not to be called are skipped by skip tracing.
  • Only account owners and managers can open the Lists page. Agents still see the do not call result at the end of an import.
