Steps

  1. Use the search box on the map to find an address, street, subdivision or county.
  2. Pick a drawing tool: Draw (click each corner), Lasso (drag a loop), Radius (drop a circle and drag it wider) or Rectangle. Pan moves the map.
  3. Read the counts on the right: Parcels in area, Match your filters, Already saved and New to save.
  4. On the This area tab, set filters such as acres, owner of record and Skip parcels I already saved. Save a filter set to reuse it.
  5. Press Get phone numbers. The area is saved for free and named for you, and the cost is shown before anything is charged.
  6. Find it later on the My areas tab.

Good to know

  • Zoom in to see every parcel pin. The counts still cover the whole area.
  • Each saved area has a limit on how many parcels it can hold. The rail tells you when an area is too big.
  • Skipping parcels you already saved stops you paying to trace the same home twice.
  • Click a pin to see the parcel details and circle prospect around it.
