What it is
An empty list is a named list with nobody on it yet. You fill it later by adding or moving contacts into it, or by importing a CSV into it.
Where to find it
Lists > New list. Also on List performance, inside a folder with New list here, or under the plus button in the Lists panel as New empty list.
Steps
- Click New list.
Click New list - Type a List name.
Name it, pick how it dials, then Create list - Under How it dials, keep Follow my account default or choose Preview.
- Add an optional Description, such as the market or source.
- Click Create list.
Good to know
- Predictive is in How it dials from your first day.
- A list made from inside a folder is filed in that folder. Filing lists in folders is limited to owners and managers.
- To call a list, put it in a campaign, then pick the campaign on the Dialer.
- To fill the list, select contacts on the Lists page and use Add to list, or import a CSV and choose this list as the target.
