What it is
The Notes card sits on the right of the live call screen, so you can type while the person talks. Whatever you type carries into the result popup and saves to the contact when you save the result.
Where to find it
Dialer > live session > Notes

Steps
- When a call connects, click in the Notes box on the right and type.
- When the call ends, the same notes appear in the result popup. Edit them if you like.
- Press Save and next call or Save and stay on lead. The notes save on the contact with the result.
Good to know
- Notes are typed once and saved once, with the result. Closing the popup without saving does not save them.
- The notes box clears for each new call.
- On a recorded call with RealDialer AI, an empty notes box may be filled in from the call recording, and a link offers to add those notes to what you typed.
- You can read past notes on the History tab and on the contact record.
- Ending a session while on a call does not save notes for that call unless you save a result first.
