Read your session report

What it is

The moment a session ends, the Dialer shows a report of what you did: how many calls, how much talk time, who you reached and what every call ended as.

Dialer > end a session > Your session report

Steps

1. End your session. The report builds on its own.
2. Read the headline, for example live answers, leads and appointments in the time you dialed.
3. Scan the cards: Attempts, Dial time, Talk time, Live answers, Conversations, Leads, Callbacks, Appointments, Voicemails and more.
4. Check Outcome mix and Dials and live answers to see how the session went over time.
5. Under Every call, in order, review each call with its caller ID, ring time, talk time, result and note.
6. Press Export CSV to download every call in the session with its result, note, callback, appointment and the person’s contact details. Pick One row per call or One row per person (latest result) first.
7. Press Choose next calling pass to start again, or View in Reports for the full picture.

Good to know

• Answered while you were busy only shows when someone picked up while you were on another call. They heard your live-answer message.
• Not interested contacts rest 90 days, Bad / wrong numbers are retired and Do not call suppresses every number.
• Talk time only counts calls that reached a person. Voicemails are counted, never added to talk time.
• If the report says it is still syncing, press Retry report.
• Every result, recording and transcript stays on its contact and in Reports.
• Forgot to export? Reports > Export calls has your recent sessions and any date range in the same format.
